Enterprise Theme - Moblie view looks like Desktop, how can we fix this?

Resolved:

We currently use Enterprise however we have notiuced that our moblie version is viewing as desktop. we have not changed any theme codes or adjusted the code in anyway. Unless we change the phone setting it does not work, however this has been working fine before.
