“ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” when accessing my site from Google search results

Hi everyone,

Our store is currently facing an issue where we can access the website directly by entering Elecfox.co into the browser, but when we try to access it through Google search results, we get an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

I’ve already tried the suggested steps in this Shopify Community post, including updating our domain DNS settings with the following:

• A (@) record pointed to 23.227.38.65 (Shopify’s IP)

• CNAME (www) record pointed to shops.myshopify.com

However, the issue still persists. Is there anything else I should check or configure to fix this?
