Errant field on my product pages

Hello!

I have a field on my product pages that I cannot seem to get rid of. This began when I was trying to create a "special order" field on only certain product pages. I tried adding option descriptions on my csv file and importing, but that didn't work the way I wanted it to. So I went into themes, customize, theme settings,  color settings, form fields, and changed some colors - the box was there with the message, but showing on all the product pages.

I went back, changed the colors back to their original colors, deleted the options and variants on my csv, re-uploaded the products, and the box is still there! 

I uploaded another new product and the box appears on this page, so it obviously has something to do with the basic setup, but I am at a complete loss as to what I did, and how to fix it. I am new to shopify, but have some good resources to go to, and no one can figure this out.  My website is  www.precisionbinos.com so you can see what I'm talking about. Anyone visiting the site can change the number in this box. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the number of items they want to order??? No idea....
