Error 404 when a customer signs up for the newsletter

Hi there, when a customer signs up for the newsletter, they're getting this message:

This -[my web address]- page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: https://[my web address here]

HTTP ERROR 404

The parts where I've written in [my web address] are actually correct, so I'm not sure what the problem is here.
