Error 404 when trying to load collections pages

Hello, I  have a problem with my shopify theme. I have the Maxmod theme and when I try to load my product pages I get an error 404. I tried installing a standard theme from shopify and it shows the collections page, when trying to install the theme again it gives me an error 404 again. All products are set to public. My shop is shinetide.myshopify.com, password is demfixde.

Hey ShineTide,

Double check that your product(s) status is set to ACTIVE and not DRAFT.  It might be possible that if you don't have any products that are active that the page loads as a 404 error with one theme handling it one way and another handling it the other way.

Hopefully this helps?

Travis

It´s all on Active, I tried everything. This is definately a theme related error, how can I fix this?

Hi there, @ShineTide

I had a look in our theme store here for any theme named Maxmod but was not able to find any results.

If you need support for a custom or third-party theme you can reach out to its developers directly for support.

We would recommend using themes from our theme store to ensure good standards of compatibility with Shopify.
