Im trying to resolve an issue I have when my customers go to check out they get this error message on the screen shot,
I have tried to resolve it by going into all the settings but it is still not working.
Now I have tried to contact customer support and the AI keeps asking me the same thing. Then when it eventually says it will contact customer support for me and I click onto the button to be put in the queue it just brings up another button to be added into the queue like this screen shot.
Please can someone help.
