I want to switch my Basic plan into Pause and Build Plan, but it gives me this error so I cannot proceed.
“There's a problem loading this page
There's a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.”
How can I resolve this?

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. I just want to go over a few troubleshooting steps, before we proceed. This is so we can figure out if the issue is local or global. Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then loading the page again. If this does not work, please try using a different browser in order to make this switch. We do recommend that you use Google Chrome and make sure you are updating it to the newest version. Last, if you are using your laptop or computer to make this switch, please test this on your phone (if you're using your phone, test this on a laptop or computer).
