Error page is shown when zip code is inputted (urgent)

This error started occurring last week and I have no idea why.

I did not install any thing or made any chances to the code that may have caused this. 

In the checkout page, when the zip code is input, the page is redirected to an error page that reads: There was a problem with checkout. Please refresh the page or try again in a few minutes.

I'm losing a lot of money daily because of this. Please help!
