Errors visible when using developer tools view

Hi! We're seeing some errors when using the developer tools view (screenshot below). Also, our website performance is quite low and it seems that this is due to unused Javascript, which seems related to the errors we see with the developer tools view. As we're not experts in coding, we'd like to see if anyone here can help us identify the problem and a possible solution. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the performance errors (identified by Google's PageSpeed Insights). Thank you!

The issue is way too broad for others to solve in a forum post, keep posts to singular small definable issues.  "my car is slow and makes noise" vs "my coolant tank leaks in my model year car heres the part number"

mimetype and cors issues are very common and have many topics already available through research. If it's from apps no one can fix those source problems except the third party app developers.
