Exhausted by robotechs and AI--I closed my store, now my remaining balance is Shopify's?

Everything that could go wrong, has, every expensive upgrade and marketing scheme to open my store with "shopify partners", broke me, and every conversation with AI, Robotechs that should lead to flesh and blood techs, but didn't, finally got to me. I closed my store after two months and I knew the character of Shopify was not for me or my products. 

Then, a tech told me I should have transferred my remaining balance to my bank and a new nightmare began. Everything that could go wrong, did. The passkey didn't work, I had to redo the password, and the last thing I tried was asking for the 2 step authentication to be turned off. I was told by the first tier tech that a "special" team had to do that and gave me 7 grace days to wait for the team to contact me through email. Crickets...It didn't happen and now the robotech won't let me speak to a tier one tech (because it's the last day of my grace period and I'm just a person on "trial" who's not allowed to talk to techs. 

Online, I looked for emails, phone numbers and mailing addresses, but no one is home at Shopify. No return calls, no return emails and no way to find a human. So, I understand why the mass exodus from Shopify is occuring and why people are so dissatisfied by the deeply AI company. I think any money I've unwittingly donated to Shopify is gone, just like my dreams.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE CAN POINT TO AN OPEN DOOR TO GET MY BALANCE BACK FROM SHOPIFY, THANKS.
