Expanse theme - how to remove newsletter promotion from pages

Hey!

I've just bought the Expanse theme to update our store front with. For some reason there is a locked block with the newsletter promotion (please check the image), and I cannot find where to remove this block. There is no block for it in the theme customization and can't find any code for it in the footer codes. Can someone help with this? 🙂

After that open this one popup click checkbox Do not show on home page.

Did you find a solution to this yet? I'm having the same issue and can't seem to resolve it either. I want to make sure this is fixable before purchasing the theme. Thank you in advance!
