Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with my checkout page that has persisted for a few weeks.
Since updating my Expanse theme to version 6.0.0, some customers are unable to access the checkout page on my Shopify store. Here are the details:
* The problem occurs on all browsers (Chrome and Safari), both desktop and mobile, but it's primarily affecting mobile users, which is a significant portion of my traffic.)
* Customers are seeing a grey page with an error message when they reach: "A problem occurred repeatedly" on XXXX/cart
* All my apps are updated, but I’m wondering if one might be crashing due to the update, though I’m not sure how to check that.
* At least 20% of my customers are affected daily.
Initially, I suspected that the issue was due to users not having updated browsers, but the number of affected customers is too high for that to be the case.
I could revert to the previous version of the Expanse theme, but I'm unsure how that would affect my site and I don't want it to be down for a few days.
Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you
Hi @paul852 ,
The problem is coming directly on your theme's back-end or coding. You will need to reach out to your theme provider so, they can further check your theme coding and further assist you with the error.
