I have been trying to export all of my products as an Excel spreadsheet.
I have gone through the process in the tutorial. Once I complete the export options, a popup says I will be emailed with the result but I am not receiving the email from Shopify. I have checked all of my contact detail are correct in the settings.
It has been 24 hours since I requested the Export. I have also tried multiple times.
It sounds kind of weird but have you checked on the spam folder or another folder yet?
If the CSV file is exported by a staff member, it also will be sent to the store owner's email address, so make sure that you will check it out.
I knew that you have tried multiple times but it might be due to the technical issue at that time so why not give it one more try? If you still cannot fix it, consider exporting below 50 products so then the CSV file is downloaded by your browser directly.

Yes we checked our Spam mail and we don't have any staff accounts on Shopify yet, only me.
It downloads to the browser if I do below 50 products, but I really need all my products to setup an synced POS system.

This is happening to me too. I checked every single spam and social folder I have. I do not receive any exports from the 5 stores I manage. It's been happening for 2 weeks now. Please help. Do I need to change my email in my shopify account?
