facebook collections not visible

I'm having an issue with my facebook store where many of my collections are showing "not visible" with a yellow triangle over every collection. From shopify, it shows that my products are successfully synced but an getting these visibility issues on the facebook store. I've contacted facebook several times but they have been unsuccessful in addressing the issue and and provided zero help concerning the issue. At this point I think it would be better to just delete the facebook store and start from scratch. Facebook is recommending I don't do that but are also unable to solve the issue. What should I do here?

I’m experiencing the same issue. Were you Able to find a solution? My newest collection that I created on the Shopify platform is the only one that displays products on Facebook.

No solution. I have ignored the situation for now and have been able to add the collections anyway. Not exactly sure what is going on here.
