I cant record conversion events because the event manager tool does not work on the checkout page. How do I solve this?

To make sure that you have set up your Facebook Pixel correctly, you'll want to go over this help doc that walks you through the steps to make sure it's connected correctly. It's also important to note if you've recently added a Meta Pixel to your online store, then you need to wait for customer activity before any data is displayed in Facebook Ads Manager.
You'll also want to make sure you have added the correct Pixel ID to your Shopify Store. You can follow this article for more information on this.
If you've recently changed or removed your Pixel, you'll want to follow this guide specifically as there are a few different steps to get the new one working.
Last, if you are located in China there will be a different process to complete your setup. You can follow the steps here.
If you have gone over all these steps and your Facebook Pixel is still not tracking the correct data, you'll want to reach out to the Facebook support team so they can help you with this.
