Facebook Pixel Randomly Firing on Product Pages

I was curious if anyone else has encountered an issue where there pixel randomly fires on product pages sometimes. I've been trying to diagnose this for 6 months with multiple developers, facebook, and shopify reps. We've found a few stray pieces of code a developer left in the theme file and removed them to get it to be much closer, but I'm still having issues getting it to 100% accuracy.

The current theories are: 

1. there's still a piece of code floating around somewhere (unfortunately we haven't found it yet)

2. it's something to do with using draft orders (we have 50-100 draft orders each month that we manually quote)

Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this.

We're seeing this exact same thing on our store too, and have gone through the same process. Run up the chain at both FB & Shopify support, hired a dozen developers. Nothing has helped us narrow it down. Did you ever have any luck? Our phantom purchase/IC/ATC events seem to be coming only from en-br language variations of our product pages, and they seem to only flare up with many false positives when we have FB target that specific conversion event.
