hey i am facing login issue with my another account jervinzack@gmail.com please help me as soon as possible i applied 2 factor authentication now i didn't any code via mobile please help me

You are very welcome to the Shopify Community - I can see this is your first post.

 

It looks like you are having some trouble logging in to your Shopify account, as you are not receiving the two-factor authentication codes on your mobile device. I'd be happy to help you out.

 

Have you confirmed that the device is working as normal, has suitable network reception, and can send & receive other SMS messages?

 

Do you have access to any of your recovery codes for two-factor authentication on your account? If so, you can login with one of those instead of using your mobile device. Perhaps you added a backup method to the account? If so, then you should be able to choose which device you want to use for authentication during the login process.
