FB Conversions API CAPI GDPR consent

Hi All,

We want to implement Conversions API tracking for EU stores, but our users should have an opt-out option (pop-up), where they will be able to accept or reject CAPI (server-side) tracking.
I'm wondering does Shopify already has a solution for GDPR countries (App or native solution) how to give users the ability to opt-out from FB server-side tracking?
