FB pixel is not working when I change Customer privacy

I installed pixel via FB channel, and It's working when Customer privacy set on "Collect before consent". But when I change it on "collect after consent" (GDPR requirements) it is not working .

Does/Did anyone has the same issue?

I have exactly the same problem. Did you figure out any solution to this? I tried changing the privacy banner app but it did not help.

hi, yes I finally did! Actually I asked for help with the GDPR apps( Pandectes
GDPR Compliance
<> ) .
They fixed everything. Their answer was " Your store is now
GDPR-compliant, only strictly necessary cookies fire on it prior to
consent! ". And the pixel is working now!

Super, thank you for the tip! The privacy banner was the issue for me as well. I switched to Consentmo and everything works perfectly!
