kindly seek your support at my website some thing weird happened, filter applied to some pages Automatic and hide all products as shown in the attached photo, and to view the product I must click remove filter as shown in the screen shoot.

Hey @AbdallahHagagg, 
As you mentioned that for some collections the filters are applied automatically, the reason that you are witnessing the issue is because the link through which you are accessing the collection is already containing the filters information and its not just a normal collection URL. 
Also It would be much better if you can share your store URL so that I can take a look at the real problem rather than just assuming what the possible reason may be.

Hey @AbdallahHagagg, 
I checked the store and found that my guess was correct, https://sheinlights.com/collections/tools/MAKEUP-Tools+Tools  
this above link is attached to the tools collection in navigation on header menu. The link clearly indicates that this will show the products inside tools collections which contains the following tags: 
- MAKEUP-TOOLS 
- tools
 to fix the issue you need to go navigation and use the below link for displaying the "tool" collection: /collections/tools
