Filtering issue

Hello, so me and my partner created our page using the theme provided by Shopify and we were trying to use the filtering options and we saw only at one page the the filter works according to the sizes, pricing and etc however for the rest of the pages the filtering isn't working. can anyone provide a solution for this even though we are using proper tags and everything?

Hi @ayyan1,

I just want to confirm if you mean filtering for searching products on the public side of your store and not within the admin? Could you share your store URL if this is the case and I can test it out? 

It's difficult to know why or what could be happening with this without taking a closer look but Shopify has a couple of help guides with more information which could be worth reading to see if there is anything you've missed when setting it up:

Hey thanks for getting back on this and yes the filter is used for searching products for size, price, product type and sort by. however it only works on two pages which is the new arrivals and what's on sale. I have also provided you to the link to my store.

I wasn't able to see or test this in your store as it is still password protected. What other pages other than "new arrivals and What's on sale?" do you want this to work on? Did you take a look through the guides I linked above to see if there could be something missing or not quite right?

It's been over almost over a decade , it's really time this type of problem gets automated on the forums for new merchants it's a constant source of frustrating friction in the support process.
