There's no immediate errors that should be related, there is an error from jotforms.
However there's also no network requests for html data when the filters are used.
If you recently installed an app/service disable or remove it and try again.
Try in a fresh theme install, if the theme was customized undo/disable the customization and try again.
Beyond that would take time to debug the problem.
