Filters based on information in the Product Information Text

My products all mostly have extensive information about the product. See below.

I would like customers to be able to filter on this information. But Trendsi, my dropship supplier, does not mark all this information as variant.

I am able to export all this information and compile a complete list of values for each of the categories listed below. I would like to build filters based on this data...so create a drop down with the options, and then have shopify search the product information text for matches.

Ex:

Style

            Formal

            Casual

But this doesn't seem to be the way Shopify filters work nor the new Search and Discovery filtering.

Can anyone recommend an app that might support this or maybe some workaround to make Shopify support this?
