Firewalled server Your connection is not private, fortinet

I am getting this error on my work firewalled network Your connection is not private, firewall is fortinet, We have had a 50 to 60% loss in traffic since September 30th, is this linked to the ssl expiration issue? We have lost of google ranking and continue to lose traffic. I can see the site fine on my home network and pcs and mobiles. Is this just a work network issue or is there a way to test if other firewalls are blocking the site? Any help would be appreciated not sure what to do. Domain is hosted by shopify
