My website was flagged for Misrepresentation on Google Merchant Center. I've reviewed their policy and nothing obvious stands out. I tried to reach out to find out more details and they keep referring me back to their policy.
I'm wondering if it is because technically there are 2 sites to my store. I have a brick and mortar retail store but I recently made a shopify store so I could post products online. Only a very limited selection of my products are online so I don't want it to discourage people from visiting my actual store. Do you think this could trigger the misrepresentation violation? Also is there any way around it?

This is an accepted solution.
Having multiple websites can be a reason for suspension yes.
But if you have 1 website that is for online and shows your actual store, that will not be an issue. (just having 2 sites can be.)
Your missing a contact link in the footer, make sure to add your business address, email, phone, business hours
As well as on a contact page, on your contact page you just have a form, you need to add all the other contact details.
To view a product page, it is asking me to enter a wholesale passcode, this is nto allowed. You need to allow everyone to purchase from your store.

Thank you for your help! I updated my business information as you noted and after that it was approved.
Congratulations!
