Hi Shopify Support,
My store floristjin.co.nz shows “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.”
The Help Center gives only auto-replies and won’t connect me to a human agent.
Please help me urgently. This is affecting my business.

Hi Jin,

I just checked your website floristjin.co.nz, and it is currently live and accessible. I was able to browse your store without any issues everything loads properly, including your product categories, homepage banners, and cart functionality.

 

If you're still seeing the message “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable”, here are a few things you can try:

 

Clear Your Browser Cache – Sometimes your browser may store an old version of the site.

Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode-This can help rule out any browser-specific issues.

Switch Networks or Use Mobile Data – It could be a local network or DNS issue.

Check the URL – Make sure you’re accessing the correct domain: https://floristjin.co.nz. Avoid using any old Shopify subdomains like floristjin.myshopify.com.

Also, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any messages from Shopify, just in case they sent a notice.

If the issue persists only on your end, you may want to contact Shopify Support directly via this link:

Click “I still need help” to speak with a real support agent.

Hi there, I appreciate your reply & checking my website.  Yes, website is currently working.  I am on my holiday, mentioned about it am away from studio. Someone placed on order , still tge payment is pending. I an not access the admin page and can not sort it out.

Could you please check and help me to solve the problem, please?

I have double-checked your store on my end, and it seems like the error message "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable" is not appearing anymore. This should be fixed properly, rest assured.

Concerning another issue you mentioned in this topic:

 

Someone placed on order , still tge payment is pending. I an not access the admin page and can not sort it out.

 

If the payment is pending still after your checking, that means someone placed an order only, but did not finish the payment, therefore the payment will be pending on your backend. Only you and the authorized employees can access your admin page, thus we cannot do too much from our end honestly to say. But you can try to contact the person who placed the order via email and push him or her to finish the payment in time, so that you can start the delivery. Thank you!

May I know if you are the store owner concerning this issue?

 

If you are the store owner, you can write an email to Shopify Support Team directly to report this issue, and please follow up by waiting one or two days, they shall give you a response.

 

If you are the store admin, you need to report this situation to the owner of the store and double check if exist any authorization code used to log in. Pay attention to the connection meanwhile during the process, as the server in some areas are not so stable, a kind reminder here.
