Hello,
We've found a user experience issue with the header navigation dropdown menu in focal theme. When a user tries to move their cursor directly to the option they are trying to click, the entire dropdown menu will close. The menu will only stay open if they move their cursor in a very specific way (directly to the right and then down).
Here is a link to a video showing the issue: https://jumpshare.com/s/zyCj96YjNs4ltR81ZkM6
Is there any code we can add to stop this from happening? Preferably the menu will stay open until the cursor is much further outside of the menu's location.
Our site is here: https://pondstream.com/products/fountain-timer-1
Thanks in advance!
Hello 👋
I know exactly what you're talking about. "Smart mouse tracking" is the difference between frustration and seamless navigation. I'm unsure if you can find a coding solution... but we've built Meteor Mega Menu with this feature baked in. Try it on our demo shop and see if it's what you're looking for.
I hope this helps 😊
