Footer Return Policy Formatting screwed up

I have my policies completed to show up in the footer as of months ago. Which was a major PITA. Because the formatting was the way I wanted it in the Policy section but in the actual footer section like Refund, Shipping, the formatting would be all screwed up. All jumbled. A chat support person suggested one thing which worked so that the formatting in the footer was the way I wrote it up in the Policies area.

But this time I can't correct this. No matter what I do, some additional info I have to add to my Refund Policy is all jumbled up in the Footer Refund section. I'm fit to be tied. It looks fine in the Policy section where I added it. I have to add some important info to my Refund section.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Please. If anyone can offer some solution it would be most appreciated. I'm ready to open my site soon.

Moeed. The bottom white background is the Refund Policy I added. See how the formatting is the way I want it. Now look at the brown background which is the Footer Refund Policy. Look how it's all jumbled and screwed up.

I'm not that good at navigating around this area so bear with me. But I have to get some shut eye. I hope the two screenshots are helpful in giving you a clue as to what's wrong. I'm off tomorrow is there anytime I can pick up where I left off?
