Free shipping countdown is incorrect on mobile

I'm working with the Forge theme. I offer free shipping for orders over $50.

In the theme settings under Cart, the Show free shipping countdown box is selected, and the Qualifying price for free shipping is set to 50 ($50). This was previously set to 150 ($150).

This feature is working properly on my Windows laptop. However, on mobile (iphone), the shipping countdown message is still using $150 instead of $50 for the calculation.

Any help is much appreciated.
