Hello, I just set up a shop, and on one of the two suppliers I have set, I keep getting an error message emailed to me stating:
|
The fulfillment service is receiving the information, but they are unable to update the orders page in my Shopify account.
The last timeline items that displays for the order is:
Fulfillment of 1 item was requested from Fulfillment 'dropShipper'
Has anyone run into this or have any suggestions on a fix?
Note: I edited out my shops name and the fulfillment services name.
Hi @JakeTen,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, have you activated the fulfillment suppliers from within the 'shipping and delivery' section of the Shopify admin?
If so, could you please share a bit more information on the fulfillment service being used?
I look forward to your response.

I'm using a dropshipping app called VelvetShip. They are not listed in 'shipping and delivery', but they are listed in 'locations' and 'apps and sales channels' with permissions set to:
All order details for the last 60 days, draft orders, order fulfillments, assigned fulfillment, merchant managed fulfillment, or third-party fulfillment
Products or collections
