Full screen video looped on Password page using Dawn Theme.

I am using Dawn theme. 

I would like to have a password page that looks like this: https://trikkobrand.com/password 

I would like the full screen to be a video and have my logo be a gif. 

I will also be using a sign up form but it will be from Postscript. 

Please help.

No this is not the solution - i can use dawn theme password anyway. and dont want to pay a subscription for a password page..
