Hi, i just got locked out my store, right after adding billing information. did i do something wrong?

In this case, you'll need to get in touch with our Live Support team so that we can investigate the situation with your account in more detail. We don't provide account-specific support via the Community Forums at this time, so we aren't able to access your account from our end.
So from here, you'll need to login to your store via our help centre here so that you can speak with our Live Support team. After you've logged in (or after selecting the 'Continue without logging in' option), select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our Live Support team can then take a closer look at your account and help get in touch with the appropriate internal teams, if need be, to help troubleshoot the situation.
