GA4 only showing around 75% of Shopify conversions

We set up GA4 a couple of months back and it is consistently showing around 75% of total sales. This is occurring on both our Shopify stores using the built in Google channel. The event we are using is purchase. Is anybody experiencing this or knows how to fix it?
