Get App admin data or Created discounts data and show on theme app extension

Hi, 

    I am building a Shopify App the app makes a discount for user and has to show the discount rules on the Product page I want to know that is there a way that I can get the created discounts using my app and show them on theme app extension and like in the image below merchant has created a discount and this char automatically shows on the product page. can this be achieved using theme app extension? how can I pass the app discount data on theme app extension.
