Hi I recently had to taKe a break from my subscription with shopify but since Ive logged back in I've had issues with retrieving my domain I bought through shopify.

 

Need my domain asap, please help.

It may simply be that your domain needs to be renewed, but will want to connect with us directly for further investigation. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to account details over the Community. 

 

The connect with us, you can: 

 

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
