To understand where your domain went, we will first need to know where you purchased the domain. If you purchased the domain within Shopify and by this account it should still be linked to your account and be easy to simply add back by selecting Domains > Connect Domain.
It's also possible that you purchased the domain via another Shopify account. This can occasionally happen and is worth verifying by using our Account Recovery tool. If the domain was purchased via another account you will need to login to the correct account and select Domains > Domain Settings > Transfer to another Shopify store.
If the domain was purchased by a third party platform such as GoDaddy, you may need to reconnect the domain. This will need to be done via your account provided by the third party host following these steps.
