Get error "Body html Liquid syntax error: 'case' tag was never closed" klaviyo to shopify

I'm using klaviyo for emails instead of the default shopify notifications. When customers buy something from my store they'll get order confirmation delivery emails etc.. It works for order confirmation, shipping confirmation, out for delivery, and delivered. For order canceled and order refund it doesn't work I get the error "Body html Liquid syntax error: 'case' tag was never closed" I copied the html template from klaviyo and copied it into the correct place where it says "Email body (HTML)". Why am getting that error for order canceled and order refund?
