Getting error messages when creating a discount

Hello!

I've created many discounts before and have not run into this problem. Today I am getting error messages when editing and creating discounts. Are there other settings somewhere that might say I sell subscriptions? The purchase-type selection is already on one-time purchase.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
