I HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR 2 years now and I have change my bank information  for me to receive payments and some odd reason it’s saying to put my old routing number and when I do it says that one wasn’t in file but that the only routing number I have. I have money just sitting in there that I can’t get I don’t want to change the store and all but if I can’t get this fixed I can’t work with Shopify that is so unorganized and I can’t even get a hold of them

Welcome to the Community forum, thank you for bringing your question here. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to receive your payouts. We can work to get this sorted out together! Usually, when a payout fails, it is because there is an issue with the bank account that you have on file. 

 

Based on what you've shared, it may simply be that you made a typo when entering your banking details originally. In order to update this information accordingly, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support' and then click 'Continue.' Although we cannot provide account-specific details through the Community, our support team will be able to access your account and look into this further.  Once the banking information has been updated, you can click Retry payout on the payout page.
