Giant search icon and tiny dropdown icons in Dawn Theme mobile version

Hello, I am building a website for a customer's shop, and I ran into this issue where in mobile, the search icon becomes huge, the icon for the dropdown menu becomes tiny, and the desktop version of the menu remains visible. I have no idea what is causing this. Is there anyone that could help me figure this out? It's driving me crazy. 

As you can see on the left edge, the dropdown icon is extremely tiny.

It seems you have made some changes in the theme code which are impeding the search bar appearance and functionality on mobile devices. 

We recommend you hire a developer who will check your theme code, debug the issue, and resolve it.
