Global Limit Order for all Days // Maximum Orders for Days

Hello at Shopify-Community,

i need help with my shop.

I want to sell Cakes for special Events - but ofcourse I have a limit of how many Cakes I myself can make for a day.

So i would like to know how I can automatically Close Days that have reached for example "5" Orders

So lets say the 10-03-2022 has allready 4 Orders
>> Customer orders 1 Cake for the 10-03-2022. After his Order is complete this Date has reached 5 Orders.
>>>I want the 10-03-2022 to be greyed out for the next Customer-Order.
