The number of products on the site does not match the number of products on cj, although synchronization is enabled and everything is performed according to the instructions posted on your site. The customer can order the product, but when switching to cj, we see that this product is no longer in stock and we cannot buy it.

The number of products on the site and in the store is the same, and the data is constantly synchronized. We want to be aware of the actual quantity of the product. Also, cj drop shipping technical support replied that the problem was from Shopify.
