Google Ads Phone Call Tracking - Easiest way to add to site?

I see that we can edit the store code to add tracking code directly to the header section but I was wondering if there was a field in the Settings somewhere to insert site-wide header tracking codes instead of editing the site code? or is there a recommended App that addresses this?
