Google Analytics not tracking conversions - Dawn theme

Hello

We're having an issue, which I have heard anecdotally others are too specifically with the Dawn theme, where Google isn't tracking conversions.

I believe we have done everything to correctly, however it just doesn't track any sales through the website.

Anyone have a fix for this?
