Google merchant center products disapproved (feed rules)

GMC kept pulling in my shopify brand so i changed the feed rules so that it would set to clear. However, GMC is now flagging it with "NO BRAND". So, I added a condition - if no ID exists, set value to NO. 

This hasn't worked, i can still see 450 products are disapproved because of no BRAND. Am i missing a condition ?

Make sure to also clear MPN and GTIN values. And that you reprocess the feed for it all to apply.
