Google Misrepresentation and Website Needs Improvement

My shopify website TheBasicSignShop.com keeps getting flagged by Google for Misrepresentation and Website needs improvement.  I am not sure if one violation needs to be fixed before the other one can be approved but I have done everything on my end to meet googles policy requirements and this website keeps getting flagged.  I have another website that is fine and even includes alot less information than this one and yet was approved by google.  The only difference between the two websites that I have is that I had purchased one domain from godaddy and the other one from IONOS.  TheBasicSignShop.com domain was purchased from IONOS and is the one that keeps getting flagged for misrepresentation and website needs improvement by google.  Do I need to make any changes to this domain name with IONOS to get google to approve this shopify store?  Also the misrepresentation check by google was done by automated checks but the website needs improvement check was done manually.  Any help would be appreciated.

Your images will be th efirst big issue, Google needs to see the product clearly, for example show it like this: 

Make sure that you do not only offer print on demand, Google does not support this, because of: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions

Meaning, make sure you offer personalization as an optional feature, not the main feature.

My question was about if where I purchased a domain name from makes a difference or if I need to make any changes to the domain settings. Seeing that the misrepresentation violation was found through automated checks, there  is something not matching up. 

my other question is does a misrepresentation violation need to be resolved before a website needs improvement violation can be resolved?

Having multiple websites is a reason for suspension. Best to just have 1, which is the original first website.
