Google Misrepresentation - My local delivery on product page maybe?

Hello all. I'm very new to this and have learned so much here! Thank you. I'm taking it day by day, learning step by step, but now I'm stuck. I'm sure my site has a lot of problems(!) but Google continues to stop me with Misrepresentation. Could it be my free local delivery text that appears on my product pages? I don't know where else to make this offer clear to locals. And, I don't know how to get on Google... Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
