Google Search Console Couldn't Fetch Site Map

I am seeing the attached issue on Google Search Console - does anyone have a fix for this please?

this is a well-known issue and I have heard of many stores facing it. I checked your sitemap and it seems to be working.

I have tried a few times this "hack". I can't really explain why it's working but it's working! 😄

Try removing the "_1" in the sitemap URL. In your case, try submitting this URL:

https://customcamping.co.uk/sitemap_products.xml?from=8230253625632&to=8439628529952
