Google search console errors and canonical url user /password

Hi i just got problem with Google search console. As u can see on attached picture i got coupel error but 2 of them need to be sorted asap. I found that the user canonical page is set to teaforall.co.uk/password when google choose teaforall.co.uk which is right. 

Another problem is alternate page containing valid canonical tag. There is kind of urls which i dont recognise and even search console cant find referring sitemap.

It there anyone who can help or just explain whats happen and how can i change user canonical adress?
