Google Search Console Identified Weird Pages While Indexing

Hello, I am new to Google Search Console and SEO in general. The indexing report in Google is showing some URL's not being indexed with a 'Crawled - currently not indexed' error. When I looked into the problematic URLs I see many of them as potential blog post pages in terms of how the URL extensions is named but I do not have a blog and neither made a blogpost using the domain. When I click on the URL it takes me to a 404 page of my website. I am unsure whether these were placed by someone else (i.e hacked) and have been redirecting traffic to these pages, or are these pages created by default by Shopify as part of their template structure for blogs?

Some examples of such URLs are as follows:
1. https://mydomain.com/what-to-do-in-cairo-egypt/

2. https://mydomain.com/ricotta-pancakes/

3. https://mydomain.com/what-is-hdr-photography-and-how-does-it-make-better-photos/

Is there is a security issue that I need to be worried about?
